Leaps and Bounds...

At fourteen months Eliana we could say seems like she is "20" years of age. This little girl has transformed into a mini version of "mum", in a nice way. She is able to put words together like, "bye da da" or "hi jea jea". Eliana is quite a determined toddler as she knows what she wants now and shows her dislike thru a mixture of using words and short bursts of screams, ha ha. She has handled the three languages very well and learning to speak and does so quite clearly. She has even learned to say her name , "ana" she sort of slurs the first part but recognizes herself in pics. Eliana's fourth molar has made an appearance making a total of 12 (we had a nice month break between) but it seems like she is gnawing on more things so I guess more to come soon.

We could say Eliana is a creature of comfort and enjoys her routine and is very structured with her time. Currently she attends playgroup on Monday and Fridays, to the mall on Wednesdays and will be starting some playdates with her friends on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. On Fridays when daddy gets home we head out to Lansdowne Mall for her to play at Toys R Us and enjoy a pizza dinner at the food court. Eliana picked up one of those Vtech laptops while shopping at Toys r Us, to bring home yesterday as she is banging the death out of her mums. This weekend we have a big family dinner at grandmas to celebrate the chinese New Year of the Ox. Happy New Year to All.

Oh, smart idea with the Vtech laptop. I may have to get one for Kira.
Happy New Year!
