Park Yesterday and Park today...
As we have said before the Park is her favourite play... We go almost everyday and sometimes twice a day, of course we try to go to a different park. The swing and the sand pit are the star attractions. Yesterday she starting scooping the pea sized pebbles and sharing with me, that was fun. Today was a busy day with some early morning shopping for birthday presents for the cousins and then to the park after lunch. After that it was to McDonalds for ice cream (cone is Eliana's fav) and to pick sister up in Steveston. It was a full week too with Kira visiting and did they have a blast together. The two girls made a video for Auntie J to see and shared a soaker in the tub after with lots of bubbles and silly fun. Can't wait to see Kira again, soon. Eliana had another playdate with her friend Lucy too and they also had an amazing playtime. We are lucky to have so many playfriends...
Daddy on the big kids swing today. Eliana just let loose some pebbles from her hand and had a cheeky smile there.

Park, Park, Park, Eliana's favourite word...
Our little girl is growing up so fast. Eliana has alot of things to say about everything these days. Her communication skills have exploded into a world of words now. She speaks in sentences and her newest one is "Happy Birthday to You". This came about when we were at Toys R Us last Friday and she was shouting for a balloon at the checkout and pointed to one and I told her it says H.B. to you and then sang it and of course she copied. The copying stage, yes we are fully there. Lucky her brother isn't here full time because she would be saying those words she shouldn't say all the time, LOL.
She asks you if "u ok?" then answers "no", its quite cute. Eliana has no problem telling you when she likes something or not. And yes, her communications are in the 3 languages and it takes some sorting out for Daddy when she talks to him, its adorable. I am confident as she reaches 2 years of age and beyond her ability to sort what language out to who would understand her will come.
